  • Agnieszka is a tax advisor in Spain and a qualified lawyer in Poland, with over 10 years of experience working across both jurisdictions. She is a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF), No. 06770.

    She advises international clients, investors and property owners on structuring their activities and investments in Spain, with a particular focus on real estate.

    Her work centres on setting up each property correctly from the outset - covering acquisition, regulatory aspects and rental structures with attention to both legal clarity and tax efficiency.

    Agnieszka combines legal and tax expertise with a practical understanding of the local market, helping clients make well-founded decisions and maintain long-term control over their assets.

    Her background includes specialised training in taxation and wealth management, as well as formal legal education in Poland and further professional development in Spain. She has also completed accredited training in real estate practice in Catalonia.
